SayBallet was first developed ten years ago in a traditional flash card learning style by a children’s ballet teacher. Based on years of success in teaching French terminology to ballet students and their parents, this educational application can be used with dance students as young as five years old. Your student will learn ballet terms without the use of the Internet! The budding dancer can practice on the way to class!
Children learn by saying, seeing, and doing. With this unique teaching tool, the child can hear the term spoken, watch the video of the step being performed and see the correct spelling and phonetic pronunciation.

The voice recognition is pretty cool although it doesnt work as well when there is a lot of noise around me. The glossary of terms is pretty comprehensive, but I think that the videos make this app great - seeing the dance step is really helpful.
This app is an excellent tool for new- and intermediate-level students. The audio and video integration are terrific and being able to use the app offline is a big plus. Not only is this the best ballet app by far, SayBallet is well-thought-out and the clean and simple user interface makes this one of the best iPhone apps period. Kudos to the developers :)
Im in love with this app its so usefull but they hve to upload more videos to the app and to put a exit button when the video is playing
This is a great app! I show my freinds ballet and what it means! They have the words right and what they mean. Cumz Im a ballet dancer my self
